Abstract: 

The responsibility of universities in the process of internationalization is that, by adopting a future orienting approach, to draw up and apply the relating strategies and goals. The paper follows to introduce those strategies which could be considered as a scientific guide for planning a promotion program relating to the country's higher education in general, and the Islamic Azad University in particular. In regards to move towards a desirable situation, we could consider the question of what characteristics should the Islamic Azad University possess in the process of internationalization? Therefore, in this research, after reviewing literature study, the desirable characteristics of the higher rank universities of the world, and the role of English language and informative technology have been studied and analyzed. Besides, the effort has been made to create the conditions suitable for regulating the most important indexes necessary to draw up the pattern of an ideal university and its manifestation in order to achieve this important goal.

Abstract: 

This study aims to investigate the quality of in-service education centers of 10 area units in Islamic Azad University. It has ranked the process of in-service education centers (accreditation, planning, performance and evaluation) in area 10 and has ranked the area units in order to specify the sufficiency of in-service education center. The method of research is descriptive and objectively is applied. Statistical populations is 2600 that includes personnel, faculty members and department heads of area 10.By using stratified random sampling and based on Q test, 324 sample data was selected. In order to collect data, we use researcher-made questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, a test of T and F (ANOVAs) and Scheffe test (L.S.D) was employed. The results showed that sufficiency rank average has significant difference from accreditation in 10area units respectively and implementation phase has most sufficiency. Shahrood unit was first, Gorgan and minoodasht were respectively second and third for Sufficiency rank regarding accreditation principles.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the study was to investigate knowledge management in various zones of Islamic Azad University (IAU). The population of the study consisted of all the staffs of IAU in all branches.1590 staffs were selected using cluster and stratified random sampling. The research instrument was knowledge management questionnaire which included the components of management and leadership, systematic work and learner society, knowledge distribution, knowledge creation, digital equity, ideas and mission, strategy, organizational culture, mental asset, and learner organization (a=0.97). It was administered among the staffs. Having F into account (11.39) and the level of significance (0.000), it can be concluded that there is a significant difference among the average scores of the knowledge management indices in different zones of IAU. The result of FSD test also indicated that the knowledge management index for zone 3 is higher than other zones.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the present research was to study the organizational learning in Islamic Azad University (IAU). Out of all IAU employees, 1622 were randomly selected. The research instrument was Watkins & Marsick’s Organizational Learning questionnaire. The results of the follow-up LSD test indicated that there was a significant difference in organizational learning among 12 zones of IAU (p£0.01, F=2.558). Among these 12 zones, organizational learning in zone 1 was higher than zones 2, 5, 7, 8,9,10, and 12, zone 2 was lower than 1 and higher than 7, zone 3 was higher than 5, 7, and 10, zone 4 higher than 7, zone 5 lower than 1 and 3, zone 6 was higher than 7 and 10, zone 7was lower than 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 11, and 12, zone 8 was lower than 1 and higher than 7, zone 9 was lower than 1, zone 10 was lower than 1, 3, and 6, zone 11 was higher than 7 and finally zone 12 was lower than 1 and higher than 7.

Abstract: 

The background of quality measurement in Service Organization is less than 20 Years. The present research using Servqual Model, Evaluates the Quality of Islamic Azad University's Services (the case study in Aliabad katool Branch) from the following five aspects: 1. The Appearance and organization facilities or physical dimensions 2. Reliability of supplied services 3. Accountability rate 4. Method of service quality guarantee 5. Empathy or understanding the customer Furthermore, using QFD technique, the present research is to determine the characteristics of services based on customer's need. Research type is applied and research Method is survey, descriptive and inferential.361 subjects we selected from a pool of 6000 persons. Using Books, magazines, questionnaires and interviews, the necessary information was obtained and descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze information. The result showed a gap in all standards of Servqual. The gaps (from lowest to highest) are tangibles factors, reliability, empathy, confidence and accountability.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of the present study is to investigate the intellectual capital management in different zones of Islamic Azad University (IAU). The population consisted of all the employees of the IAU branches out of which 998 were selected using stratified random sampling method. The Bentis's (1997) Intellectual capital questionnaire was administered. The results of on-way ANOVA and LSD test showed that there is a significant difference between intellectual capital management indexes in different IAU zones. The average index of intellectual capital management in zone 3 is larger than the ones in zones 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13. The index in zone 4 is larger than that in 2; zone 5 is larger than 1, 2, 4, 6, 12, and 13; the index in zone 7 is larger than the ones in 1, 2, 4, 6, 12, and 13 but smaller than the rest of the zones; zone 8 is larger than 1, 2, and 6 but smaller than the rest of the zones; 9 is larger than 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, and 13 but smaller than other zones; this index in zone 10 is larger than that in zones 1, 2, 4, 6, 12, and 13 but smaller than other zones; zone 11 is larger than 2 and 6; zone 12 is larger than 2 and 6 and finally the index in zone 13 is larger than that in zone 2.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The purpose of this research is to explore manager’ s requisite Skills at Islamic Azad University. Method: The methodology of the research was exploratory. The statistical community includes all of the subject matter experts. The instrument of the research was made researcher questionnaire. The content validity of questionnaire provided by specialist. The reliability of questionnaire was equal (α =0. 93). Data analyzed by test of KMO, Exploratory Factor Analysis, one sample t test. Results: The total results revealed that components are: responsibility, national-religious identity, ICT, psychological, strategic planning, counselor and supportive, time management and globalization and internationalization. Mean maximum was psychological skills and mean minimum was strategic planning. Conclusion: Directors of Islamic Azad University are equipping themselves to respond to customers, while maintaining international and international character and using the scientific experiences of other countries, maintain their cultural-religious identity, change the processes of university administration based on information and communication technology Given the increasing volume of university activity, they are committed to time management and formulate strategic planning and act on it.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of the present study was to do a survey the effective leadership among Islamic Azad university (IAU) managers. The population consisted of all the IAU managers in different IAU zones. Using cluster random sampling, 558 managers were selected. A researcher-made Questionnaire of Effective Leadership was administered on the employees. The results of one-way ANOVA and LSD follow-up test analysis indicated that there was no significant relationship between IAU managers’ effective leadership regarding the zones of the university. Also, the mean score of the managers’ effective leadership in zone 3 was higher than zone 10, zone 8 higher than zones 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, and 12, zone 9 was higher than 6 and 10, and finally zone 11 was shown to have higher mean score than zones 6 and 10.
